Graham supported the launch of the Alzheimer’s Society’s campaign ‘Dementia Friends’.
Graham said: "It is so important to address the stigma surrounding dementia by becoming a Dementia Friend. Dementia Friends was launched in February this year by Alzheimer's Society and is a trailblazing initiative that aims to make England more dementia-friendly and improve the lives of the 650,000 people currently living with the condition, by turning improved public understanding into action. Alzheimer's Society is aiming to have one million Dementia Friends by 2015. I hope that by raising awareness more people will look around their communities to address the impact of this disease on their friends, family and neighbours.”
