Graham with the Parliamentary and Salvation Army teams
Graham took part in a charity football game against residents of The Salvation Army’s Booth House Lifehouse (shelter) team in London.
Eleven MPs and parliamentary staff were beaten 5-1 in the match against the winners of The Partnership Trophy - a football tournament for teams from all the Army's Lifehouses across the UK.
The match aimed to raise awareness of the issues of homelessness and to celebrate the achievements of service users.
Graham said: "I am delighted to be involved with The Salvation Army and its impressive work with residents of Lifehouses such as Booth House.”
“Football is a really valuable way to build the confidence of participants. The Salvation Army is known for working with homeless people to rebuild their lives, teaching how to build relationships through development training, life skills and group work through such events as this.”
