Graham and the UK Parliamentary Football Club took on a celebrity Cystic Fibrosis Trust team to raise £37,000.
The celebrity team, including Omid Djalili, Alastair Campbell, Dalton Grant and DJ Spoony played at the Queens Park Rangers ground on Loftus Road.
Graham said: “I am delighted that the UK Parliamentary Football Club won 7-5 and raised such a staggering amount for the Trust.
“Cystic fibrosis directly affects around 10,000 people in the UK – only half of whom live to celebrate their 40th birthday. Most people don’t understand what cystic fibrosis is, or what it does, until someone close to them is affected by it. The faulty gene is carried by over two million people in the UK, and if two carriers have children, there’s a one in four chance their child will have the condition. This life-shortening genetic condition causes the internal organs, especially the lungs and digestive system, to become clogged with thick sticky mucus, resulting in chronic infections and inflammation of the lungs.
“I am pleased to have been able to meet some inspiring individuals with this condition and to have raised funds for such an important cause.”
