Graham visited Danside Court in Northwich to meet residents and staff.
Graham said: “I was very pleased to meet with residents and staff at Daneside Court and Daneside Mews Care Home. I had a tour to learn about the care and support provided before meeting with residents.
I really enjoyed talking to residents, listening to them talk about activities they take part in, and I also answered their questions about life as the Member of Parliament for Weaver Vale.
It is wonderful to be able to come to places like Daneside Court and see how Northwich is a great place to live, no matter your age.”
