Graham has been finding out about the importance of donations for Organ Transplant Week.
Graham said: "More than 7,500 people of all ages across the UK are waiting for an organ transplant. unfortunately, as many as 1,000 of them a year – on average, that’s three a day – will die because there are simply not enough organs available.
“Most of us would be willing to take an organ if we needed one, but only a third of the population are actually on the Organ Donor Register.
“It's not just about being a donor - families need to be told too. More than 90% of families will agree to donation if a loved one is registered and they have discussed their wishes. But only 40% of families will allow this if donation wishes aren’t known.
“You can find out more about what being a donor can mean and how you can sign up by visiting www.transplantweek.co.uk."
